After Sales Support

Our product support team is comprised of two experienced heavy equipment parts men and nine service personnel including:

• Two boilermaker welders
• Five diesel fitters
• One apprentice and one trades assistant

Our parts people have online live access to JCB Australia, Clark Equipment and Doosan Infracore Korea – parts warehouses.

A substantial investment of fast moving and support parts is kept in stock with breakdown parts sourced either overnight or air freighted usually within 3 days from overseas manufacturers.

Our service team provide a mix of on-site field service for routine servicing or breakdown attendance, supported by workshop staff undertaking component overhauls and forestry guarding packages.

Four field service vehicles are utilised both two and 4WD from 1 tonne to 4.5 tonne payload. State-wide service including Flinders Island is undertaken with after hours breakdown service available.
